"It's a rough Jeep ride to get around this park but I felt compelled to go. Snorkled with colorful parrot fish and then painted this scratchy desert scene as my friend Shirley read in the shade. Fortunately, she kept an eye on her watch and woke me out of my plein air trance so that we got out before the gates were locked."
